New Year Resolution 2011

Hey peeps, Happy Chinese New Year and wish you guys all the best and good luck in year 2011 =)

Is it to late to think about my new year resolution in year 2011? haha, i don't think so at least i am doing it. ^^

Ok. Well, what's my new year resolution in year 2011?

1. Exercise everyday. Once or twice per day.

2. Lose weight. At least 5kg - 10kg. *i wanna slim down*

3. Learn make up. Take good care for my skin and my body.

4. Control my emotion.

5. Be patient all the time.

6. Think before i leap.

7. Score well in my study. Do revision every day. *if i could =)*

8. Sleep early and wake up early. Best sleeping time : 10pm - 6am

9. Work when semester break or weekends. Earn money.

10. Love my family, lover and friends.

11. Treat my boy friend better. Don't often bully him. XD

12. Save money. Use money wisely, in a correct ways.

Here's my resolution. What's yours? =)

YOGA

Hello peeps~ It's time to continue writing my blog ad!

Well, not much special currently! Same as usual, wake up, work, learning yoga, making calls and achieving better sales. Nowadays, i learn yoga, twice per day, if that day i am working in the afternoon la!


I find out that learning yoga is really good. It is the safest activity ever. As you guys know, yoga does bring a lot of benefits and advantages to all of us. Let say, you have neck pain, low back pain, knee pain or shoulder pain. Yoga is the best choice to prevent all these kind of pains. I never mention yoga can cure someone's pain, but it really can prevent the pains to happen.


And the main thing is, yoga really can KEEP FIT and LOSE WEIGHT! yeah~ i really did! It really works for me! hahaXD Some members told me that i have become slimmer than before. Then i told them, maybe because of learning yoga. *Happy-ING*


There are many different types of yoga, such as, Hatha, Yin, Restorative, Pilates, Yogacore, Chi-Core, Hot Yoga, Gentle Vinyasa, YinYang and Energy Flow. Wah~ what are they? You might not know all of them and their functions.


For me, working as a consultant in a yoga center, of course i have to know all those different types of yoga. If you tell me that you never learn yoga before and you are interested in learning yoga, then you might ask which class or which kinds of yoga are you suitable to attend. After that, i will recommend you to attend beginner classes, most recommended classes are Hatha, Yin and Restorative. Why? Very simple answer. Before you learn anything, firstly you have to learn the basic and the foundation. After you understood all the procedures, then only you can try many other things. Am i right? Ok. Same goes to yoga. You have to learn basic thing before you go to intermediate and advance! Three of them are basic of yoga, Yin focuses more on strectching, Restorative is relaxing class. They teach you the different ways to breath, enhance your body muscle, correct your sitting and standing position, etc.


I love to attend Yogacore, Chi Core and Pilates. Because i can sweat a lot. hahaXD lose more weight. Yogacore is a class which Yoga + Pilates. Pilates focuses more on our hips, bally, stomach, leg, most of them are lying down on a mat. Chi Core is another type of Pilates, so called 'Chi Pilates'. There has a heater inside the studio. Wow~ Sounds great? So you guys interested?

Because I Have YOU

Just came back from Singapore for celebrating Christmas! There was so crowded but yet there's so nice and beautiful. However, i think this Singapore trip i went was not so nice, maybe because the whole trip and journey was too tiring. Or perhaps it's because the tour guide has lack of experience! She couldn't give all of us what we wanted. Anyway, it passed and i had return to my sweet home safely =)

After came back from Singapore, finally he came to find me! We have some ages never meet each other, about 1 month already~ Miss him lots! I was so happy and excited to have a date with him! We went shopping and had dinner together!

Suddenly, he took my purse out from my bag and opened it. Then he asked, why there's no money in my purse? After that, he quickly took out RM 50 from his wallet then put it into my purse!! That time i was so suprised! I supposed not to be suprised because that was the first time he put his money to my purse! He did the same thing before! That time he saw my purse had no money, then he put RM 30 into my purse ( He SAID it ) I am totally forget about it =P

I tried to reject him, but he still insisted to give me the money! Then i said OK, i kept it, i planned to buy him 3 t-shirts using the money he gave! He said next time i must bring at least RM 100 when i go out. Everytime we go out, he wants to check my purse whether i have enough money or not. He said, if my purse still doesn't have money inside, he will still put money inside.

At night, while we were talking on phone, i asked him, ' why do you want to give me money? We still haven't got married yet!' Then he said, ' I don't care! My money is your money, your money is also your money!' He said he doesn't want my purse always empty. I feel shame to answer him, i have money but forget to put inside my purse!! hahaXD the safest lie =)

Anyway, thanks him a lot! He does love me so much!! And I love him too ^^

Fairy Tale =)

Teehee~ I have finished watching Rapunzel! It was AWESOME, AMAZING!! And I wanna watch it one more time =) I am totally falling in love with one of the characters of Rapunzel, Eugene (forgot his full name XP)

Eugene is so handsome, humourous, cute and very 'MAN' too. Don't you guys think so? But i do!! I think he is a very romantic guy. Maybe most of you guys might think i am insane, falling in love with a guy who is not real!! But i know that this is a FAIRY TALE! Everyone hearts it =)

Yeah!! I love the movie too. It is so nice! It is the best disney movie for this coming Christmas =) so lovely and warm when watching this especially with loved one ^^

Wish everyone MERRY CHRISTMAS and HAPPY NEW YEAR although it is still early for both celebration. Enjoy yourselves ^^

Hatyai, Thailand

Aloha! I am having my holidays now!! Woohoo =) Just came back to Malaysia. For you all information, i went to Thailand from 26th of November until 29th of November 2010, with my DEVIL and his FAMILY!! Really have a lot of fun with all of them. Love them all! They treat me so good, especially his parents! Everything i want to eat, they buy for me and they pay the trip fund for me! Really appreciate!! I wanna say thank you to all of them! and..my DEVIL too!! thanks my dear! Thank you for buying things for me, thanks for your bag and purse. LOVE YOU FOREVER =)

After caming back from Thailand, i straight away went to Gui Lin for my next journey!! I went Gui Lin on 1st of December until 6th of December 2010. Gui Lin, China is really a very very nice place! The scene is damn pretty and awesome! I have taken many photos, but i am so sorry that i am a lazy bum!! I am lazy to upload those photos =P hehe ^^ If you guys have the chance, you MUST GO THERE for travelling!! You will never regret!! Trust me XD

I have bought a lot of things and sourvenir from both countries, Hatyai and Gui Lin. The currency there are low, therefore, things and stuffs there are CHEAP =) This is the best thing for me as a shopping lover!! I have bought some bags and purse and some food =) I did enjoy! But after travelling those places, i have to start working again. haiz..busy days are coming back soon. I have to work 9 hours everyday, start from 7 in the morning until 5 in the afternoon!!

Actually it is ok working during holidays! I love to spend my time working to earn money, rather than wasting my time doing something useless XD I want to earn money to my stuffs i like ^^ and buy some clothes for my DEVIL!! hehe =P

Wow~ it has been so long time i dun update my blog! hmm? because of what? haiz..simple answer, ASSIGNMENTS + PRESENTATIONS + WORKING + LAZINESS hahaXD

yaya, i admit, i am so lazy to update my blog! but it doesn't mean that there has nothing special happened these few days!!

erm..recently i am busy with my assignments! There are 3 more assignments i need to do, 2 assignments have to be dued on the same day, 17th of November and 1 assignment needs to be dued on 12th of November. haiz..everyday has to date with all my ASSIGNMENTS~ how sad, i wanna date with my DEVIL la T.T

Or i can make it in another way, maybe i can treat my ASSIGNMENTS = my LOVE ?? erm..i try but..i think it is..IMPOSSIBLE laaaaa ><

Just done my QnA, it's a short presentation, only 5 minutes. The presentation is about my assignment. Lecturer will ask questions based on my assignments! not bad la!! hahaXD satisfy =)

haha..but the great thing is, after i have submitted all of my assignments, i will have my LONG LONG LONG HOLIDAYS~ from middle of November until middle of March 2011. 3 Months leh~ haha^^ yeah! so so so happy and excited =)

During my sem break, i will go to Hatyai again with my DEVIL and his family, aww, i am so damn excited and happy! this will be my first time goes travelling with him, 4 days and 3 nights. yeah! happy like hell =) wanna go shopping with him, buy souvenir with him, eat tomyam with him, watch AGUA show with him, rest with him, chat with him, sleep with him............................

What will i plan for my 3 months holiday? erm..WORKING oso lo..maybe that time i will work everyday! but don't worry honey, i still will spend my days just with you. i wanna hang out with you too =) just wait patiently until my holiday ya ^^

Lovely trip with my family (3rd of Octorber 2010)

Woohoo~ went to a trip with family on 3rd of October 2010. I was so enjoyed but yet i was not so satisfy because my devil was not there with me!! how sad T.T he stays quite far from me. It's not good for him because it's quite tiring..tak sampai hati to see his tired face oso..haha=) nvm, dear, we can go next time!! i wanna go Hatyai with you this coming November =D

We went to many places in one day. The first place we went was Putra Puchong, there has a big big temple. And then, we went to some factories where produce wheat grass and some supplement. Those direct sales were so professional. They could speak very well and simply make people believe about what they said. So geng.. They were promoting their products, they kept repeating how good their products are, until many people fully believe and bought so many products from them. So good in earning money and very pro in business!! haiz..direct sales are always like that!! hahaXD

Ok~ Well, back to topic!! After those factories and lunch, we went to a Monkey's mountain. There had many monkeys in the mountain. We went up by a bus which looked like a train, so called train-bus. haha!! Then the train-bus stopped us at a place where full of monkeys. Many monkeys were all around that place to tunggu makan!! There had some stalls to sell monkey's food. We bought it then we started to feed them. Most of them were so friendly. They just took the food when we fed them. Some of those monkeys were so naughty. They grabbed and "robbed" food from us. I saw some of them fought for food, and I saw a mummy monkey was hugging her baby monkey. I saw they were so pity, so i fed them. I thought the mummy will feed her baby. Who knows, the mummy monkey ate herself, she just ignored the baby. so geram!! hahaXD nvm, had fun oso!! the most important thing is , all of them WERE SO CUTE =)

After Monkey's mountain, we went to have our dinner. Nothing much to say about our dinner. Anyway, it's nice oso la!! hahaXD Because i have a more interested place to introduce, which is I-CITY, located in Shah Alam! Tat place is so damn nice wei!! i want to go there one more time. I couldn't take more photos there because time was limited. We only had one hour to spend there. haiz..how sad!! Anyway, I LOVE TAT PLACE SO MUCCCHHHH!!!! There was so so so beautiful and full of colours. The environment was so romantic. Hope can bring my devil there one day =)
